Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders across India.

  • Express Shipping: Available at a flat rate of ₹120.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 48–72 hours and typically delivered within 8–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered within 4–6 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination PIN code, courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment using the courier partner's tracking link or contact us if you need any assistance.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process any transit damage claim, a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory.
